**Return Window**
We accept returns and exchanges within **7 days** of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
**Eligibility for Returns**
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and unworn
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
Items that are damaged due to misuse, washed, altered, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.
**How to Initiate a Return**
1. Email us at rhuabofficial@gmail.com or contact us on [insert WhatsApp/Instagram] within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup/return shipping instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the return.
**Refunds**
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [insert number, e.g. 5–7] business days after the returned item passes inspection.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us.
**Exchanges**
We're happy to offer a size or product exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund in such cases.
